Simply Breakfast

Inspired by Jen.

Crispy Prosciutto

Preheat oven to 400.
Place thin prosciutto slices on a baking sheet.
Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.

And some snow...

Hi Kelly: I found your blog, obviously. LOL. Interesting stuff. Andrea's been deep into cakes and breads over the last few months. Her wedding cake (for her class) was really interesting, coconut cake with mango filling in one layer and key lime in the other two. The decorations were tropical, birds of paradise flowers, small marzipan fruits. They got an "A" even after they had to transport it through pot-hole alley by the school. Now, she's constantly bringing home breads--braided pumpernickle/wheat, sourdough bagels, english muffins, donuts, brioche, you name it. It's a wonder I don't weigh 200 lbs. Anyway, interesting blog. I'll visit again, for sure.
